LODGING POLICIES
Mitchell's Milehigh Ranch is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 14 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Children are welcomed.
Pick up after yourself and dispose of waste, garbage, and cigarette butts in provided trash receptacles.
A parking lot is provided for the convenience of guests. Please stay within designated and marked areas and do not move parking lot barriers to park closer to the river.
Recognize you are staying on a working ranch and ranch animals present inheret dangers and risks. Do not approach, touch, taunt, pet, feed, or otherwise interact with the ranch livestock, pets, or animals. Mitchell's Milehigh Ranch and it's agents, representatives, employees, and owners shall be held harmless for any injury or damage to persons, vehicles, or property sustained from the ranch animals.
Please stay on roadways and do not enter any buildings on the property except for the cabin.
Guests recognize accidents, injuries and even death may occur near or on the river bank and river. Any and all accidents and injuries sustained on or near the river and bank are the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests agree to hold Mitchell's Milehigh Ranch and it's owners, employees, representatives, and agents harmless in the unlikely event an injury, accident, or death occurs on ranch property.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
